Talk to us.
Send the floorplans and tell us what the building is. We'll come back with what it needs, what it costs and how long it takes. You'll get a person, not a queue.
Start a project
EnquiryEarlier is better. The decisions that cost money are the naming and the schedule, and both happen long before anyone draws a sign. Not ready to talk? The resource library is free to use.

01What happens next
How an enquiry is handled
Four steps from your first email to a priced, programmed answer. Floorplans and fire drawings are enough to begin.
- 01
Send the drawings
Floorplans and fire drawings, the construction programme and a line on what the building is. Use the form, or email sales@wayfindersgroup.com with the files or a download link.
- 02
A specialist replies
Every enquiry is read by a person on our team, not a queue, and you hear back from a wayfinding specialist promptly in working hours.
- 03
We work from the drawings
No site visit is needed to start unless you ask for one. Every sign is placed against the real building and the fire strategy from day one.
- 04
You get a clear answer
What the building needs, what it costs and how long it takes, ready to price into your tender or programme.

Can you help us at tender stage?
Yes. Send the tender drawings and we will price the wayfinding package and tell you what the specification is missing. Earlier still, our input is usually a strategy note, a draft destination schedule and a marked-up plan, which is enough for the package to be specified properly and tendered like for like.
Do you work through frameworks and main contractors?
Yes. Tier-one main contractors are our main buyers, and we also work directly with clients. If the project is procured through a framework or a public tender, tell us which one and the deadline, and we will respond within its requirements.
How quickly will you reply?
Promptly, in working hours. Every enquiry is read by a person on our team and answered by a wayfinding specialist. If you have a tender deadline, put the date in your message so we can plan around it.
What should we send, and how?
Floorplans and fire drawings are enough to start, ideally as CAD, plus the programme and anything already agreed on naming or branding. Email them to sales@wayfindersgroup.com, or send a download link for large sets. A site visit is only needed if you want one.
Do you work in the UK and Europe?
Yes. Dublin is our head office, serving projects across Ireland, with a base just outside Belfast for Northern Ireland and an office in London serving projects across Britain. For estates in other countries, such as data centres, the system stays the same and only the statutory overlay, like language duties and local accessibility guidance, changes.
